What we do not do
- No cookies. Not ours, not anyone else’s.
- No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no analytics of any kind.
- No ads and no ad networks.
- No Google Fonts, no CDN icons, no embedded video. Zero requests to third-party servers.
- No sign-up, no accounts, no mailing list.
- We do not record, store or sell anything about you. Nobody can demand our data, because there is none.
What happens when you open the site
Your browser downloads the page from a Cloudflare server and displays it. That is all.
The only thing kept on your device is whether you chose dark or light mode — in localStorage, locally, never leaving your phone.
If you install the site as an app, a copy of a few pages is saved so they work offline. Also local.
When you click a link to another site, we send no referrer — so that site never learns you came from here.
The quick exit button
The “Quick exit” button at the bottom right sends you instantly to a neutral page and replaces the current history entry, so the Back button will not bring you back here.
It works from the keyboard too: press Esc three times quickly.
What we CANNOT hide
We will not lie to you. There are things no website can do, and you are better off knowing them:
- Your browser history. We can only replace the current tab’s entry. If someone opens your history, they will see the address. Clear it yourself, or use private mode.
- Your internet provider. It can see that you connected to bulgayria.org (not which page — the connection is encrypted). If that is a risk for you, use a VPN or Tor.
- A shared or work device. If the phone or computer is not only yours, someone with access can see a great deal — including autofill and saved passwords.
- Someone physically standing behind you. That is why the quick exit button is large and always on screen.
How to be safer
Open in private mode
Incognito in Chrome, Private Browsing in Safari. Nothing stays in history once you close the tab.
Lock your phone
A passcode or fingerprint. The simplest and most effective protection there is.
Clear history behind you
If you are on a shared device and not in private mode.
Consider a VPN
If you live somewhere the network is monitored. Not necessary for most people.
Do not take our word for it
Open Inspector → Network in your browser and reload this page. You will see requests to bulgayria.org and nothing else. That is a check you can run yourself, in thirty seconds, without relying on our promise.
